My new routine
In my last blog I talked about my goals that I have and the goals I was setting could also work for you. I have achieved some of my goals and created a routine. I also started doing a few things by myself like self care, making doctors appoints, and making new friends.
My Morning routine
I start my day by waking up around 8-830am on weekends and then during the week I wake up around 730am. I pick out an outfit and then brush my teeth, do my makeup if I decide to, then I put on my socks and shoes, then head to school.
After school routine
I get out of school by 12pm the latest everyday, then I go home. when I get home I do my homework, eat lunch, brush my teeth, pick up the house if needed, then I go to the gym with my friend. After all of that I normally hang out with my friends and go do random stuff, or I will just go hang out with my family.
My night routine
Normally after all of that I come home take a shower, put on PJs, then if my mom is up for it we will watch our shows, and if she isn't up for it I normally try either catch up on homework that I maybe didn't see, or try and get ahead. Then it is time to go to sleep.
My gym routine
For the gym if you want to try my routine I go 5 times a week, and if i'm home on the weekends then I do 6 times a week.
MON- Its a warmup day I kinda just down hour of cardio and like 30min of abs
TUES- I do a 15min stretch then an hour of arms and 3min of abs
WED- I do a 15min stretch and then an hour of legs
THURS- I do 15min stretch and then I do just cardio for an hour
FRI- I do 15min stretch and then I do 30min of ads and arms
and if I go on Saturday I do 15min of stretching and then an hour of legs and 30min of abs

Hi, Samantha I think have a set routine is really helpful in making us stay committed to our goals and being productive.
ReplyDeleteI personally have a hard time sticking to a routine mostly because I slack off, but I would love to be more productive.
