1. Start a self care routine
If you don't know what a self care routine is, it is maintaining a regular sleeping routine, eating healthy, working out, etc. I feel like having a self care routine would help me, because I feel like it will make my life feel a bit more organized. Another thing that I feel like a self care routine would help with is making me and anyone who adds a self care routine into their day feel better mentally, and in general.
2. Start doing things by myself/yourself
I feel like this could help everyone, because when you spend time with yourself you get to learn new things about yourself that you didn't know. That's why I want to start doing more things by myself. Like going to the gym, sitting at a park, driving around, ect.

3. Making more friends
Making new friends is kinda hard for me, because I can be kinda shy. which is why I want to meet new people. I feel like making new friends will force me to learn how to talk to people and get used to it. If you also struggle making new friends or talking to people, you should make it a goal to meet new people and become friends, because I feel like it will help in the long run with talking to literally everything.
4. Learning how to live in the moment
This is something that not a lot of people do. I think that everyone should make this a goal for themselves, because I know I tend to think that i have tomorrow, but in reality no one is guaranteed tomorrow. So I want to learn to just focus on the now, and not the past or too far in the future
